Alec's Story
My journey began in the heart of London as a journalist, where I learned the value of clarity and the power of a well-structured narrative. This early experience taught me that leadership is not just about titles, but about the ability to communicate with absolute precision and purpose.

Transitioning into the British Army Reserve, I discovered the discipline of leadership under pressure. This period of service refined my ability to lead in high-stakes environments, focusing on the human element and the importance of trust in a team. It was here that I first encountered the concept of 'leadership drift'.
My professional evolution led me to lead schools in eight countries, where I witnessed firsthand the impact of leadership on organizational culture. This global perspective allowed me to see that leadership is a universal language, but it requires a deep understanding of the local context and the unique challenges of each region.
